“Vendor of the Year Award” goes to Smitty’s Building Supply from National Capital Builders Network at recent Product Day show. The award was presented to Smitty’s by NCBN Board Member Susan Dimitrew and NCBN Chairman Chip Paciulli. The award was voted on by the custom builder members in the group. It is based on criteria like meeting deadlines on a consistent basis, providing products/services in a quality fashion, resolving issues in an expedient manner, maintaining competent levels of communication, exhibiting high levels of professionalism, providing error free-seamless service & support, operating in a highly ethical manner, going above & beyond to support NCBN members, placing NCBN members best interest in the forefront, and exhibiting a high degree of concern for members’ customers.

Product Day is an annual event that is sponsored by the builder members of NCBN. It is an opportunity for the custom builders and their key employees to get new product information, network, and to thank the vendors who work with the group throughout the year. This year’s event was held on June 14th at The Sheraton Premiere in Vienna, VA.
